Who are we?

We are families who have been engaged in an unequal battle with a powerful and corrupt conglomerate of state institutions for several years. These institutions include Prosecutors’ Offices, Land and Mortgage Registers, Civil Courts, Criminal courts, Voivodeship Offices, City Halls, Police, and many others. Throughout these years, we have experienced an unimaginable level of pathology and corruption that has deeply shaken us.

Our emotions have been and continue to be constantly challenged by feelings of helplessness, anger, frustration, and disappointment. We have felt and continue to feel immense disappointment and disillusionment with a system that should protect our rights and ensure justice. Each day spent in this fight has brought us sadness, stress, and uncertainty about the future. We often feel powerless when faced with manipulations and delays in legal proceedings.

These emotions accompany us not only in the legal process itself but also affect our daily lives. Our family relationships and mental and physical health suffer from the constant exposure to this battle against lawlessness. We often lose trust in other people and institutions, leading to a sense of isolation and loneliness.

Our decision to publicly expose these cases stems from the fact that we are unable to extricate ourselves from this network of corrupt institutions that flagrantly violate our rights and harm our personal well-being in a hurtful and degrading manner. The procedures for submitting complaints to international institutions such as the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), International Criminal Court (ICC), International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS), and European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) require additional commitment, the preparation of appropriate complaints, time, legal representation, and significant financial resources.

Unfortunately, many of us do not have such resources, and we cannot afford lengthy legal proceedings on an international scale, both economically and mentally. Disrupted by corrupt actions, we struggle with a lack of means and support to effectively counter abuses. Therefore, we appeal to the institutions of the European Union for help and intervention in our cases, so that we can regain faith in justice and the protection of our rights.

The level of corruption, manipulation, forgery, and legal devastation in our cases has reached such shocking heights that „public officials” are determined to erase these cases at any cost and prevent them from seeing the light of day. They employ every possible method to destroy us, deceive us, mentally exhaust us, and deprive us of our rights. Our years of „experience” with this scaled dimension of justice clearly point to an endless delay. Are we doomed?

However, despite these adversities, we refuse to give up. Our determination is unwavering, and our fight against corruption and lawlessness will continue. We firmly believe that there is a glimmer of hope, that our stories will be uncovered and appreciated by society. We want the truth to come to light, and the perpetrators to be held accountable for their actions.

Our lives have been greatly destabilized and destroyed, but we will not allow this destruction to affect others. Therefore, we appeal to society and the media to stand together in the face of this injustice and demand accountability for these shameful acts. Let our fight serve as a signal to others that we must not give up, that we must fight for justice, regardless of the difficulties and adversities.

We hope that we are not alone. Together, we can bring about change, together we can fight against corruption and restore justice. Will you ever get to know our story?

We want the institutions of the European Union to understand that we are not just another case in the system. We are individuals who have been deprived of dignity, justice, and respect. Our emotions are genuine, and our fight is not just an individual case but reflects widespread problems related to corruption and abuses in Poland.

Therefore, we appeal to you with a heartfelt request to support our demand to appoint a delegation of specialists, lawyers, and observers who will analyze our cases and hold those involved in these corrupt activities accountable.

Your presence and actions are crucial to restore faith in justice and the protection of human rights. We hope that our appeals will be heard, and our cases will be thoroughly examined by the institutions of the European Union.

We are confident that your presence and actions can help us in the fight against corruption and abuses within the Polish system. We want you to understand our difficulties and the lack of equal opportunities that hinder our access to justice. Our goal is to create a society where the rule of law prevails, and respect for human rights is upheld.

With full conviction and hope for justice,

The Affected Families
