Appeal to Journalists

I would like to share with you deeply moving stories that my fellow citizens have been experiencing for many years in relation to ongoing legal cases. These dramatic events have been unfolding for such a long time that they have become a symbol of lawlessness and corruption that threaten our society.

These cases have involved numerous irregularities and corrupt behaviors. Document forgery, creation of fictitious identities, manipulations in land registers, illegal legalization of unauthorized construction, misappropriation of property, imposition of unjustified fines and penalties, as well as enforcement actions by bailiffs, are just some of the deceptive practices that persist continuously.

However, violations of law and justice are just one side of this tragic picture. I want to draw your attention to the personal losses suffered by these individuals. Their emotional and psychological well-being has been completely shattered. These protracted legal battles have profoundly impacted and continue to impact the breakdown of families, causing indescribable pain and suffering. Moreover, the enormous financial costs associated with fighting for justice have, in many cases, led to the loss of assets, while time that could have been dedicated to personal development and pursuing other aspects of life has been wasted.

It should be emphasized that in the face of these irregularities, the justice system has completely failed. Over the years, numerous legal changes have made it impossible even for lawyers, prosecutors, and judges to keep up with the ongoing modifications. This leads to chaos and impunity, where thousands of pages of documents are generated, and court procedures become a labyrinth difficult to navigate.

These cases, involving document forgery, fraud, misappropriation of property, and other corrupt behaviors, have far-reaching consequences for society. They not only erode trust in institutions and the judicial system but also undermine fundamental values of justice, equality, and fairness. If such crimes and manipulations are not exposed and punished, we will witness the downfall of our society, where lawlessness and impunity seem to prevail.

Therefore, I appeal to you, dear Journalists, for support and consideration of these highly significant cases in your media coverage. These are not just matters affecting specific individuals; they hold immense importance for our society as a whole.

The violation of individual rights, the emotional and psychological losses, and the economic costs borne by these individuals are invaluable. It is not just a fight for justice, but also a struggle to restore their dignity, to restore balance and trust in a system that should serve the protection of citizens’ rights and values.

I believe that as representatives of the media, you possess not only the power of information but also the power to influence our society. Your pens and voices have the strength to bring about change and draw the attention of the relevant institutions to this injustice.
